Cypress Point is a private gated condo community in Mission Viejo, California. This upscale neighborhood offers spectacular views of tree-lined streets.
The Cypress Point subdivision was built by Mission Viejo Company and is comprised of 101 units. There are several floor plans with the smallest, Cherry Hills, offering 1,257 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage. The Pinehurst is the largest plan with 2,195 square feet along with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a two-car garage. Amenities include a community swimming pool, spa, clubhouse, and common area.
This neighborhood is under the jurisdiction of the Capistrano Unified School District. Students attend highly ranked Castille Elementary School, Newhart Middle School, and Capistrano Valley High School. Several private facilities are available like Carden Academy, Al Ridah Academy, and Cornerstone Community School. There are several colleges nearby including the city’s own Saddleback College.
